My Journey
My passion for fitness started early on, fueled by a desire to not only improve my own health but also to help others do the same. After earning my Level 3 certification, I gained hands-on experience working in a specialized personal training gym, where I had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, each with unique goals and challenges. This experience has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to design tailored fitness programs that truly make a difference.
